- A Registered User shall not use Items or the License for profit-making purposes, and shall not engage in any act of earning revenue through the use of Items (including listing Items or accounts for sale, brokering sales, acquiring Items on behalf of others for a fee, distributing images or data of Items for a fee, and providing Items as gambling stakes or as sweepstakes prizes or premiums).
- If a Registered User, or a third party who has obtained Items or an account from a Registered User or otherwise, engages in any act that the Company determines to be for profit-making purposes, fraudulent, or inappropriate (including, for example and without limitation, repeated acquisition by an individual or a group of Items for which a maximum number of Items that may be acquired has been set, creation or use of multiple accounts, use of automated programs or tools, improper obtaining or use of Acquisition Codes, and repeated or continuous resale of Items or offers to resell them), or if a Registered User engages in any breach of trust, act obstructing business, or any other similar act, the Company may, at its discretion, revoke the License, delete Items, suspend use of the Service, delete the registration, terminate the Service Agreement, refuse future registration, or take any other appropriate measure.
